We'll run 5 stations for the 5 age groups.
*** We will have an alternate station, Station 6, that focuses on flag drills that our fall flag athletes can rep through in place of stations 4 & 5. See the bottom of this notes section for drill deomonstration links ***
Age Groups:
Rotate stations every 5 min, water break / drill change after full cycle through, 3 total cycles.
Stations will focus on Speed, Agility, Quickness / Reaction Time, Blocking, & Tackling (Speed & Agility stations may also include a skill component)
